An unfortunate paint color choice

leads to the title of this blog. Whoooee, is the kitchen bright! Better than before, though, which was your basic grungy apartment white. On a nice day, when the morning sun shines in through the window of the back door, I need sunglasses just to make breakfast. Still, it is cheerful, and now we've all gotten used to it, and don't notice it so much any more.
